These terms apply to the PreApply browser extension, this website and the PreApply question data, provided by abbox ("we", "us"). By using PreApply you agree to them.
What PreApply is
PreApply shows the application questions of startup accelerators so you can prepare before applying. It is free and open source.
Not affiliated with any accelerator
PreApply is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any accelerator it lists. Accelerator names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify their programs.
Accuracy of the questions
Questions are copied from public application forms by the community and may be incomplete or out of date: programs change their forms without notice. Each accelerator shows when its questions were last verified. Always check the official application before you submit, and don't rely on PreApply for deadlines, eligibility or decisions.
Your contributions
If you contribute question data, you confirm that you copied it from a real application form and didn't invent it, and you dedicate it to the public domain under CC0. Don't include personal information, yours or anyone else's.
Licenses
The extension's source code is available under the MIT License, and the question data under CC0.
Acceptable use
Don't use PreApply or its data to spam, scrape or overload accelerator websites, or to misrepresent yourself to them.
No warranty
PreApply is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from using PreApply, including missed deadlines or applications affected by outdated questions.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here, with a new date above.
